Jasleen has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Jasleen has a professional background in finance before transitioning to psychology. She is a Registered Provisional Psychologist.
Jasleen takes a client-centred approach to counselling and draws from Cognitive-behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Feedback Informed Treatment model, and Motivational Interviewing in her work with clients.
Jasleen is currently working with adults and offers individual therapy. Her areas of interest and practice include all of the specializations listed above as well as: Depression, Anxiety issues, Addiction, PTSD and Trauma, Grief, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Self-esteem/Self-worth, Life Transitioning Events, Relationship problems and Separation. Megan is a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling degree from City University of Seattle. Megan approaches her clients with empathy, patience and without judgement, striving to create a space where they feel heard. She is committed to establishing genuine relationships and believes this is the foundation for success in therapy. Megan is passionate about working with individuals with anxiety and OCD, as well as stress, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and trauma. Megan works with individual adults and adolescents.
Megan uses a client-centered, collaborative approach and draws from various therapeutic modalities. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Starting therapy can be overwhelming, so Megan focuses on ensuring clients are comfortable in their first session. She considers it a great privilege to hear her client’s stories, witness their growth, and help them strive to be the best versions of themselves.

Paige has been a Registered Psychologist since 2009 and during that time has worked in college, business, and private clinic counselling environments. She works from an eclectic model of therapy while appreciating all aspects of the person.
Paige specializes in working with Addiction and problem behaviours (alcohol, gambling, relationships/codependency, love) alone or in conjunction with issues around relationships, introversion, workplace issues, and general life challenges. She is able to work with individuals located in Alberta, Yukon, or New Brunswick at the time of appointment.
Paige values the importance of self-growth and development and uses physical activity, journaling, meditation, laughter, design, and her support network for her own self-care. She is a wife and mother and values these roles in her life. She is friendly, inviting, warm, and uses humour (and the occasional swear word) to keep connected with her humanity.
